Infill is the internal lattice between the outer walls. More infill means more weight, more material cost and more print time — but past a point, extra strength comes from walls, not infill. Our default is 20 %; we raise it only when a part is genuinely under load.

Maximum strength, tappable threads, machinable. Slow and heavy.

Walls (perimeters) are the solid outer loops of a part. For most loads, adding a wall does more than raising infill — it’s the cheapest way to make a part stronger. At our 0.4 mm nozzle each perimeter is ~0.4 mm of wall.

Layer height is the thickness of each printed slice. Lower means finer surface and more print time; higher means faster and rougher. It’s the single biggest lever on both finish and price.
