Subject of the offer

RaftPrint (the “Contractor”) undertakes to manufacture parts and provide related services according to the customer’s approved specification and quote; the customer (the “Client”) undertakes to accept and pay for them.

Orders & quotes

An order is formed once the Client confirms the scope, material, quantity and lead time stated in the written quote. A fixed-price quote does not change during production unless the Client revises the specification or model after confirmation.

Pricing & payment

Prices are stated in UAH and calculated by material weight, machine time and post-processing. Standard terms are prepayment for one-offs and small runs; staged payment for series production. The applicable terms are stated in the quote.

Lead times

Lead times begin from confirmed payment and an approved, print-ready file. Typical turnaround is 24–72 hours for FDM, 24–48 hours for SLA and laser. Batch and series timelines are agreed in writing per order.

Acceptance & warranty

Each part ships with a measurement report. The Client inspects parts on delivery; claims for manufacturing defects are accepted within 14 days. We reprint or refund defective parts at our discretion. Tolerances and surface finish are guaranteed only within the published process limits.

Liability

The Contractor is not liable for the suitability of the Client’s own design for its intended use, nor for delays caused by incorrect files, late approvals or force majeure. Total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

Using the site

You may browse, request quotes and submit files for the purpose of ordering services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

The calculator

The on-site calculator gives a real-time estimate based on our slicer presets and volume tiers. It is an indication, not a binding quote — the final fixed price is confirmed in writing within 4 working hours.

Your content & IP

You keep all rights to the models and files you submit. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to have them produced. We use them only to fulfil your order and do not share or republish your work without consent.

Prohibited parts

We decline orders for functional weapons, parts intended to cause harm to civilians, counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, and anything unlawful under Ukrainian law. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version and its effective date are always shown on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Confidentiality by default

Every file you send is treated as confidential whether or not an NDA is signed. Access is limited to the crew assigned to your job, and files are never shown in our portfolio without written permission.

Storage & deletion

Models live on encrypted storage during production. On request we delete all source files once a job ships and confirm deletion in writing; otherwise files are purged automatically within 12 months.

Standard mutual NDA

We use a standard mutual NDA and are happy to co-sign yours instead. Typical terms:

• Scope — all shared models, specs and commercial terms.
• Term — 3 years from the date of signature.
• Carve-outs — information already public or independently developed.

Subcontractors

We print, finish and ship in-house. On the rare occasion a job needs an outside process (e.g. CNC finishing), we extend the same confidentiality terms to that partner and tell you in advance.
